VisiCheck ("we", "us") is a free website-visibility scanner operated by ConvertCore AI Agency. This page explains what we collect when you use getvisicheck.com and why.

What we collect

The URL you scan. Used only to run the scan in your browser. We do not keep a copy of the pages we read.
Your email address — only if you submit it via the "Notify me" or "Fix it for me" form. We store it to send you your results, follow up about fixing your site, and (if you asked) alert you about future changes to your score.
Your scan scores, if you leave your email — stored alongside it so we know what we're following up about.

If you click "Fix it for me", we additionally send your business name, website URL and email to SpokAra, a sister product that automatically sets up an AI assistant trained on your site's content, so it's ready before we follow up with you. SpokAra is operated by the same team. You can ask us to delete that account at any time by contacting us.

How we use it

To send you your scan results and respond to your request.
To follow up on "Fix it for me" requests.
To improve VisiCheck and let you know about relevant updates.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties other than the service providers strictly needed to run VisiCheck (our CRM, and SpokAra for "Fix it for me" requests).

What we don't do

We don't require an account or login to run a scan. We don't store the HTML of the sites you scan. We don't track you across other websites.
